Meet KIRBY

Kirby Rabalais Coaching for fathers raising children with disabilities.

When Harley was diagnosed with Pitt Hopkins, my world shifted in ways I never expected. At first, I felt overwhelmed by shock, disbelief, and a deep sadness. But as the days passed, I realized that facing these emotions head-on would be the only way forward. Choosing to leave my corporate job to care for Harley full-time wasn’t just a career change—it was a commitment to my family and to becoming the best version of myself. As I began to see life through a new lens, I found strength in small victories, staying present, and learning to appreciate each moment. This journey has taught me more about resilience, gratitude, and personal growth than I ever could’ve imagined. I wanted to create got4titude as a safe space where other dads, who might also feel lost or alone, could find community and support. This isn’t an easy road, and no dad should have to walk it in silence. I’m here to share the lessons I’ve learned, the tools that have helped me, and, most importantly, to let other fathers know they’re not alone in this journey.

In addition to got4titude, I’m honored to serve on the Aspiritech Advisory Board, where I contribute my insights to support their incredible mission of creating meaningful employment and social opportunities for autistic adults. It’s a privilege to collaborate with a team that shares my passion for fostering inclusion and empowering others to thrive.

Meet OUR FAMILY

Pitt Hopkins- Kirby Rabalais coaching and support for dads raising children with disabilities

Our family is a tight-knit, resilient team, bonded by love, joy, and an unbreakable support system. My wife, Chelsey and I cherish the small victories, or "inchstones," celebrating each new skill and every milestone, knowing they are the building blocks of progress. Harley, with his radiant happiness and gentle spirit, brings a light into our lives that brightens even the toughest days. His presence has deeply impacted each of us, including his younger brother, who has developed a remarkable empathy and strength. Together, we embrace every challenge with gratitude, share endless laughter, and find joy in the simple moments we spend side by side, like our walks, sports games, and family routines. Through it all, we've learned to hold tight to our optimism, live in the present, and face life’s ever-changing tides with hope and resilience.

ABOUT GOT4TITUDE

Founded by Kirby Rabalais to address a critical gap in support for fathers raising children with disabilities.

Inspired by his journey with his son Harley, Kirby sought to create a space that values the strength in vulnerability, openness, and honesty—qualities often overlooked in dads. After receiving Harley’s life-changing diagnosis, Kirby encountered the raw mix of emotions, challenges, and small victories that define the lives of many parents in similar situations. Realizing that fathers often face an unspoken expectation to remain stoic, Kirby knew there was a need for a safe, supportive community where dads could share the highs and lows without judgment.

4TITUDE embraces all parts of this journey, providing resources, tools, and a network of fathers who understand each other’s struggles and triumphs. With a focus on personal growth, emotional resilience, and healing, got4titude empowers dads to become their best selves for their families. From coaching and content to networking opportunities, 4TITUDE is a place where fathers can connect, grow, and find strength together—turning challenges into opportunities for transformation and self-worth.
